Create an Evergreen bank of old posts to be reused

It's great to be able to reuse a post that has worked well in the past.

However, I'd like to semi-automate this - creating a bank of "evergreen" posts, that I'd like to reuse in the future.

These posts could then be scheduled for holidays, deep work periods etc - to randomly post one from the "bank".
