Change hashtags to cap 1st letter of each word

Hello AuthoredUp Team.

From a usability perspective (as an AuthoredUp user) when it comes to hashtags, please change the platform to finalize hashtags making the 1st letter of each word capitalized.

E.g.,

#learninganddevelopment becomes...

#LearningAndDevelopment

Capitalizing the first letter of each word makes the hashtag much easier to read by my audience.
