Attachment image...but actually a reference

Hello,

I'm loving the tool. I see / work visually and I enjoy seeing the attachment image next to my post in the drafts list.

I use videos a lot and these don't show up on the list - having the ability to add an image or icon just for reference would be great. Not sure if this makes sense?
