The list of selected connections and prospects is easy to do by creating search filter.   
1\. Go to LN search bar and press enter (don't type anything)

2\. Select posts, sort by: latest

3\. From member: add the list of prospects you want to follow - show results.   
4\. Save the url - every time you click it it will show you updated feed with those people's posts.

I would love to be able to create a list of key people (connections, prospects, etc) and have a feed of their posts to engage with.  
  
I.e: Like, comment, etc.  
  
And also, engage with the comments left by other users on those posts.  
  
The only other tool doing this is Aware (useaware.co), which is very new.  
  
At the moment you need to do a custom LinkedIn search and save it as a browser bookmark.
