comment scheduling

I would like to be able to schedule comments. Not only on my own post, but also on other posts. This useful for two reasons:

1. Your own post: for example an external link that you refer to in the main body of your text
2. Somebody elses post. Usually to foster engagement just before posting your own post. Sometimes you are scrolling in the evening and see a post and have a good idea for commenting, but you also want to keep that action till the next day. How nice would it be that you could write the comment and schedule it?
