Fixed the problem with deleting scheduled posts.

When you delete a scheduled post now, it will be correctly removed from the calendar.

If you have some "stuck" deleted posts, here's what you can do:

1. Go to your scheduled post list (start a new post, click the clock icon)
2. Scroll down to the end of the list

That's it! AuthoredUp will figure out which scheduled posts were deleted and remove them from your calendar!
